Many times exercise alone is not enough to get us back to the activities we love. At Plant-Based PT we integrate science backed anti-inflammatory foods, de-stressing wellness practices, mindful movement and much needed support into our exercise prescription to help you feel younger, stronger and more vibrant than ever before.

  • Single Consultation

    We offer a single, 45 minute consultation for people who are looking for information to begin improving their health, but might not necessarily be ready to commit to a week long immersive experience.

    During the consultation we will develop the best, most effective exercise program specifically designed to get you better quickly. We specialize in identifying and correcting muscle imbalances and movement impairments as well as improving core strength and stability.

    We also provide you with the science behind why a plant-based diet works to reduce inflammation and regain optimal health. Whether you are looking to fix plantar fasciitis or restore health after cancer treatment, maximizing your micronutrient/phytonutrient intake while simultaneously reducing inflammation will accelerate your recovery process.

    Another essential component to recovering from illness, injury or chronic pain is learning to manage stress levels and create a mindset centered around wellness. We have found the most successful way to do this is through mindful movement and connecting to your breath as well as many other valuable techniques.

  • 5 Day jump Start

    The 5-day jump start is our flagship program and is for those who are looking to immerse themselves into the healing process. This is for people who are ready to make lasting changes.

    Altering lifestyle and food preferences can be quite difficult to make on our own because many of our unhealthy habits and behaviors have been with us for years or even decades. The 5-day jump start provides the much needed daily accountability and support which is the key to our clients’ success. It includes the single consultation plus 4 consecutive days of interactive guidance to keep you on track and focused on your health goals.

    Current research demonstrates that it takes a minimum of 21 days to change a habit and reboot your system toward health. With this in mind, for those who are ready for the commitment, successive 5-day jump starts are ideal to achieve maximum success.
